
GENERAL TERMS
Internet sales on the website www.ures.hr are carried out by the company "Ures d.o.o.", Umaška ulica 47A, Petrovija, 52470 Umag. The personal identification number of the trade is (OIB): 26605786417. These conditions determine the procedure for ordering, paying and complaining about the products offered on these pages. Website of Ures d.o.o. can be used for your private use without any fees, and according to the following conditions and rules. The seller is the company Ures d.o.o., and the customer is a visitor to these pages who fills out an electronic order, sends it to the seller and makes payment via cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners. The company Ures reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. All changes will apply to the use of the www.ures.hr website. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during the purchase. The services provided by www.ures.hr Internet store do not include the costs you incur using computer equipment and services to access our pages. The company Ures is not responsible for telephone costs, Internet traffic or any other costs that may arise.
ORDERING
The customer orders a product or products via an electronic order form. Any person who electronically orders at least one product, fills in the required information and sends the order is considered a customer. All prices are expressed in the Croatian national currency, euro (€), including VAT. The goods are ordered electronically, by clicking on a specific product and saving it in the shopping cart. The goods are considered ordered when the customer chooses and confirms the payment method. All products (plants) on www.shop.ures.hr are from controlled production and contain all necessary certificates. Before packing, the products (plants) are inspected (root system and aerial part) to check that there is no damage. The appearance of the seedlings can vary depending on the species, and sometimes damage to the leaves and other natural irregularities are possible. The appearance of the seedlings also largely depends on the period of the year in which the seedlings were delivered.
CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER BY THE COMPANY URES D.O.O.
We reserve the right to exceptionally (partially or completely) cancel the execution of the order in the following cases:
- When the ordered products run out of stock
- When there was an obvious error in the price list
- If the purchase order was not fulfilled in accordance with the general conditions
- If we determine an increased risk of non-payment with the customer.
In all these and similar cases, after we have determined the irregularity, we will immediately notify you by phone or e-mail about a possible deviation from the contract on our part.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGE OF THE ORDER BY THE BUYER
You can cancel the order or change its details without charge, if the goods have not yet been shipped from the warehouse.
DELIVERY
1. COLLECTION AT THE URES GARDEN CENTER IN UMAG - The seller to prepare the customer's order within 5 days of receiving the order. Collection is done at the Ures garden center in Umag, at the address Umaška ulica 47a, 52470 Umag, during office hours. The customer will be notified by phone and/or email when the order is ready for pickup. When picking up at the Ures garden center in Umag, the customer must show the order number as confirmation of purchase.
2. INTEREUROPA - We deliver the goods from our stock (for Croatia, we predict within 10-10 working days). The ordered products are packed in such a way that they are not damaged during normal handling. When taking over, the buyer is obliged to check the condition of the shipment and, in case of damage, to notify the Seller immediately. The seller waives all responsibility for damages that may occur during delivery. If the buyer does not receive the goods or the delivery notification, after they have been sent, in the expected time, the buyer has the right to inform the seller about this in order to take actions to find the shipment or to send a replacement shipment. If the Buyer refuses to receive the goods he ordered, the Seller has the right to ask the Buyer for reimbursement of all costs related to delivery. The Seller has to send the shipment to the Buyer as soon as he receives the confirmation approving the online transaction. After receiving this confirmation, the Seller has to send the shipment within 10 (ten) working days. We send plants exclusively at the beginning of the week (Monday or Tuesday) so that they do not have to wait for delivery via delivery services on the weekend. After the delivery company receives the shipment from the Seller, the Seller is no longer responsible for the further course of delivery and possible delays and problems that may arise in connection with further manipulation and delivery of the goods.
3. URES DELIVERY - We make the delivery with our own vehicles at the agreed time. The order must be placed no later than 24 hours before the delivery time, and deliveries are made from Mon - Fri: 09:30-13:00 and Saturdays: 09:30-13:00. The distance in kilometers (km) is calculated from the Ures garden center in Umag to the delivery destination. The distance refers to one direction, we do not count the return. When placing an order, it is necessary to enter the following information in the note: first and last name of the recipient of the shipment, delivery address, telephone of the recipient of the shipment, desired date and time of delivery. The seller will contact the buyer again if he is unable to make the delivery at the desired time, and propose the first available delivery time.
- URES DELIVERY (0-10 km) - €10.00 - URES DELIVERY (10.1-20 km) - €20.00
- URES DELIVERY (20.1-35 km) - €35.00 - URES DELIVERY (35.1-70 km) - €70.00
- URES DELIVERY (70.1-100 km) - €100.00
COMPLAINTS
Complaints are accepted within 3 days for plant material and 14 days for other goods from the assortment upon receipt of the goods and are possible in the following cases:
- When delivering wrongly delivered products
- When delivering products that are damaged, and the damage is not the result of bad manipulation in postal transport
- With the attached original invoice
- If the products are in their original packaging.
Complaints received after the deadline will not be accepted.
CONSUMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE REDUCTION OF THE VALUE OF THE GOODS.
The customer has the obligation to follow the instructions for growing and storing the products he receives as a good steward. The buyer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods that is the result of handling the goods, except for that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. In the event that the defects are the result of unprofessional cultivation, late planting, insufficient maintenance and other unprofessional actions of the Buyer, the Seller bears no responsibility, and the complaint will not be accepted.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE GOODS
If the Buyer sends the products from the reclamation by mail or courier service (provided that the postmark is valid), the address for sending is:

REFUND REQUEST
If the deadline and conditions are in accordance with the above, the advertised goods are sent by the Buyer at his own expense, and the Seller bears the cost of sending the correct goods to the Buyer within 15 days.
COMPLAINTS
In accordance with Art. 8 of the Act on Consumer Protection, regarding the quality of our goods and services, the Customer may submit a complaint in writing to the address:

We will respond to your written complaint within 15 days from the day of receipt of the complaint.

Your contact information, e-mail, telephone or mobile phone and address, will be used exclusively for the purpose of checking and delivering your order and for the purpose of informing you as our customer about special promotions, benefits and changes in the functioning of the web shop.
