We have obligation to protect the personal data of customers, in such way that we collect only the necessary, basic data about customers/users that are necessary for the fulfillment of our obligations; we inform customers about the way the collected data is used, we regularly give customers the option of choosing about the use of their data, including the option of deciding whether or not they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. After withdrawing your consent, your personal data will no longer be processed and in accordance with the internal act of Ures d.o.o. be deleted or destroyed in a secure manner. Your personal data will not be forwarded to third parties outside of Ures d.o.o. In case of providing your personal data for use by third parties, Ures d.o.o. will inform you beforehand in accordance with the current regulations on the protection of personal data. Your personal data will not be forwarded to third countries or international organizations. Ures d.o.o. will process your personal data in accordance with the described purpose, during the period in which the processing of such data is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, and at the latest within the period determined by the internal act governing the processing and storage of such data.
