This document describes how Ures d.o.o., Umaška ulica 47a, Umag OIB: 26605786417, processes personal data. We have obligation to protect the personal data of customers, in such way that we collect only the necessary, basic data about customers/users that are necessary for the fulfillment of our obligations; we inform customers about the way the collected data is used, we regularly give customers the option of choosing about the use of their data, including the option of deciding whether or not they want their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns. All user data is strictly kept and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All our employees and business partners are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection. The privacy policy applies to all user personal data that we collect and process. Contact information collected on our website will not be made public nor will it be used for anything else, except for sending an answer to your inquiry. You provide your personal data for the above purposes voluntarily, which you confirm by giving clear and unambiguous consent. The above data are necessary for us to fulfill the purposes for which they are collected and will not be used for any other purpose without obtaining your express consent. Accordingly, if you withhold the requested personal data, Ures d.o.o. will not be able to act on that request. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time without any consequences, and that your request will be granted as soon as possible. After withdrawing your consent, your personal data will no longer be processed and in accordance with the internal act of Ures d.o.o. be deleted or destroyed in a secure manner. Your personal data will not be forwarded to third parties outside of Ures d.o.o. In case of providing your personal data for use by third parties, Ures d.o.o. will inform you beforehand in accordance with the current regulations on the protection of personal data. Your personal data will not be forwarded to third countries or international organizations. Ures d.o.o. will process your personal data in accordance with the described purpose, during the period in which the processing of such data is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, and at the latest within the period determined by the internal act governing the processing and storage of such data. 
We store the personal data we collect about you in a secure environment. Your personal information is protected from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, alteration or destruction by any organization or individual. The processed data is stored in our premises and IT systems, but sometimes we store the data on the servers of our trusted service providers. We will ensure that personal information is kept in a secure location (which includes reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized use, access, disclosure, copying or modification of personal information), which can only be accessed by authorized persons.
